Reporting Delivery Executive
Who we're looking for

• A motivated attention orientated individual to be responsible for the sourcing, checking and delivery of a suite of reporting and related outputs to a strategic client
• To act as the key point of contact for circulation of queries to relevant teams received after the reporting delivery
• To support the Insurance Strategic Client Relationship & Service team in related tasks to the above in maintain a robust error free operational process
• To maintain a KPI log on accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting delivery

What you'll need to do

Recognising the unique structure of the IAM relationship model, the Reporting delivery executive is expected to be either demonstrating or substantially working towards the following:
• A high of responsibility and accountability for the delivery and KPI measurement of the reporting suite
• A goal of zero E&O's in the delivery process
• Strong, positive feedback on the strength of ability to source materials and effectiveness in efforts to reduce delays
• Escalate systematic issues and problems to the client service team for resolution

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for

External relationship management
• Establish a record of reliability in complete and timely delivery of reports
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the outputs shared and areas of possible log-jams pre-empting issues based on learning

Internal relationship management
• Build strong relationships with sources of reporting output
• Help represent the client internally on delivery of reporting suite
• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Client queries
• Ensure swift circulation of queries received on the reports
• Awareness of when to escalate or draw to client service team's attention

Maintenance of records
• Create and measure KPI's on all deliveries around accuracy and timing
• Provide contextual information to improve the above KPI's
• Maintain a log of all issues faced and remedial action in conjunction with client service team
