A Tier 1 Bank are looking for multiple SAS Analysts to support the Redress Centre of Excellence in remediating customers by providing accurate analytical support. This involves the identification of customers impacted by banking errors or product issues, calculating refunds due and support the fulfilment of redress activity.
The successful SAS Analyst will validate and use large datasets, present analytics in a concise way and will liaise with internal and external business partners.
