SSGM EMEA Change Management Office - Programme Manager, VP
The role will be responsible for project managing and driving the execution of front office change across Global Markets EMEA. This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, geopolitical and business transformation change across all GM asset classes.
  • Programme manage the delivery of a portfolio of key change initiatives across the GM EMEA business, with front to back ownership of the full project life cycle
  • Utilise key project management tools and techniques and maintain document artifacts to a high standard in order to meet the demands of the project
  • Develop and manage relationships with programme sponsors and partners across the GM business lines and infrastructure, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and cohesive programme delivery
  • Determine impact to SSGM EMEA of upcoming regulatory changes and translate rule changes into organised and structured project deliverable
  • Build technical and operational GM business knowledge to support business understanding and impact of change management processes to BAU
  • Define robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders
  • Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups
  • Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure that issues and risks to the project are appropriately identified, escalated and resolved

Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the GM EMEA CMO team as a front office change centre of excellence

Level of Education/ Specific Qualifications:
  • University degree

Person experience:
  • Formal project management certification preferable (e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma and /or Prince II) Skills and Experience - interpersonal, numerical, problem-solving, analytical, etc
  • Experience delivering high-profile change programmes in a front office environment
  • Regulatory programme management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Objective and results driven
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Successful track record in problem-solving and successful implementation
  • Experience working in Global/Capital Markets
  • Experience with project management protocols and governance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Required Competencies - motivation, team skills, ability to work under pressure, etc.
