Canada Life UK is transforming to create a more customer-focused business by providing expertise on financial and tax planning, and multi-product financial planning solutions for our clients in a digitalised way.

We now need a Customer Service Representative to support the transformation and the future growth of the business within the Customer Services function, so it can stand out for the experience and service we deliver by building on our service reputation, and delivering market-leading service excellence for our customers and advisers.

Job summary

  • To ensure that we put the customer at the heart of everything we do in line with our Company values.
  • To provide a high quality of service that is accurate and within stated timescales.
  • To support the Customer Services teams enabling them to deliver the optimal customer experience.

 What you’ll do

 Who you are

  • Diligent and conscientious in the accuracy of their work, excellent attention to detail
  • “Can Do”, proactive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Able to maintain complete confidentiality at all times
  • Working knowledge of Kofax and Pannagon - desirable

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 A* - C  / 9 – 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent – essential
