Grant Thornton in the South region are looking for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join a fast growing, highly specialised Transfer Pricing team with a focus on serving dynamic mid-market and large corporate multinationals. The successful candidate will be supported by the wider tax team and will have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the growth of the national Transfer Pricing practice.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing client relationships and delivery on projects.
  • Supply/value chain review - a variety of analyses such as feasibility, proof of concept etc focussed on assessing global supply chains and recommending different pricing options to meet the commercial and operational needs of different organisations.
  • Restructuring analyses.
  • Transfer pricing transition - benchmarking and legal agreements review from a transfer pricing perspective.
  • Transfer pricing documentation - comparability analysis including functional analysis, method selection, economic analysis etc.
  • Implementation support and guidance.
  • Transfer pricing audits, MAPs and APAs.
  • Train junior members of the firm and participate in firm wide initiatives.

The minimum criteria
Knowledge of global, post-BEPS transfer pricing issues (minimum criteria)

Skills to set you apart
  • •The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in practice, with time spent in a Transfer pricing team.
  • You'll have experience of managing a sizeable portfolio of clients;
  • Lead client engagements
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, proprietary databases.
