Supporting CFO - EMEA with the development, implementation and monitoring of the Global and EMEA business objectives. Role gives high exposure to the senior leadership team and chance to develop role how you want it
Strategy - working in close partnership with the EMEA CFO and EMEA leadership team, helping to identify and implement opportunities within the region that support and enhance the development, implementation and monitoring of Global and Governance - co-ordinate agendas and action points required for various Boards and Executive committees, Co-ordinate production of the quarterly EMEA risk assessment and monthly risk reporting Communication and People Development - Co-ordinate with HR tracking of completion of performance reviews development plans and career aspirations Business Partnering - co-ordinate completion of the annual business partnering One-off projects - drive strategic and operational finance projects associated with the EMEA business including acquisitions and transformation initiatives
Graduate with Strong academics, qualified accountant ideally ACA or ACCA Trained in either Big 4 or top 10 in Audit following on with corporate finance, transaction support, M&A advisory or a consultancy type role Experience of working within financial services, preferably Asset management Ability to multi-task, be organised and a self starter Some project management experience Good knowledge of IT systems and management information; strong in Excel and PowerPoint Engaging, outgoing personality with experience of working with senior stakeholders
