The right candidate must be a team player, a self-starter, and someone who is proactive in seeking out solutions for potential problems. A basic understanding of the investment management industry is desirable.
Manage and complete client/due diligence questionnaires and other information requests
Complete/populate spreadsheets with performance, characteristics and other quantitative data
Assist in the preparation and production of RFP materials for clients and consultants.
Generate and compile monthly and quarterly reports for the department
Administer the department’s content database including performing data entry and updating existing records
Identify opportunity to improve work flow and processes, develop timeline and check points for workflow, and monitor completion of these activities
Provide timely completion of other requests and support on ad hoc tasks as assigned
Provide general assistance to the team to achieve departmental goals and strategic objectives.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or 3+ years of experience (preferably industry related)
Demonstrated academic achievement
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Prior experience in Investment Management or finance industry gained through Academics or professional experiences
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize well
Demonstrated ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
Must be reliable, possess good judgment, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment
Must be a team player, highly professional, and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality provisions
