The MSREI team in San Franciscois looking for a Full-Time Analyst or Associate to support the Asset Managementteam in several areas, including:
-Working directly with seniorasset managers, leasing brokers, joint venture partners, and property managerson multiple assets across both the core and opportunistic strategies and allproduct types
-Preparing quarterly assetvaluations and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly andannual business plans
-Assisting with acquisition anddisposition due diligence and valuations and asset (re)financings
-Helping to execute businessdevelopment initiatives
Qualifications / Skills /Requirements
-Bachelors degree with superioracademic performance
-1-4 years of prior workexperience in real estate, finance, economics or accounting, or a related field
-Experience with real estatefinancial modeling and Argus DCF or Enterprise is a plus
-Knowledge of real estateappraisal fundamentals a plus
-Strong analytical and technicalskills
-Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
-Superior attention to detail
-Enthusiastic, self-motivated,and a team player
-Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and meetcritical deadlines
