In this client facing position you will serve as a critical partner to the sales teams in pursuit of new business and to client services in support of the existing client base. You will provide the technical and functional infrastructure of a successful sales force. Will provide needed support to advance the sales cycle with prospective and existing clients through the Interest to Implementation process. You will develop critical written documentation and presentations, demonstrate product business and technical functionality, deliver presentations, coordinate among technical groups to develop technical solutions, prepare cost-benefit analysis (including complex margin analysis and pricing development), and lead discussions with clients regarding product solutions. In collaboration with the sales team, you will identify the scope of new opportunities to understand the design and solution that meets customer specifications.
•You will participate on a team assigned to a specific opportunity and focus on written documentation and technical solution development.
•Will rely less on existing resources and more on independent reasoning and increased proficiency and creativity with product.
•You will provide input into solution development on common to complex opportunities. Primary written documentation functions include generating responses to RFP/RFIs, developing sales collateral, and preparing proposals.
•Will communicate with others in the Solution Analysis and Support group to gain needed information.
•Will coordinate with senior level management throughout the company to define and develop solutions.
•You will assist in building solutions to meet potential clients' needs (e.g., define work flow/process, identify problems).
•Work experience requirements: 3-5 years related experience
•Preferred work experience: 3- 5 years' experience in technical selling/solution development/account management as well as finance and complex contract review skills.
