Join our Human Resources Service Desk and play a key role in ensuring the smooth resolution of HR inquiries across Macquaries global employee base!

In this role you will provide first contact resolution of HR cases in relation to employment on-boarding, screening, psychometric assessment and internal mobility queries. In addition, you will field questions relating to benefits, remuneration and reward and payroll.

Put your exceptional customer service skills, along with your expertise with HR systems and reporting to the test, and become a subject matter expert on Macquarie HR systems and user access.

To be considered for this role you should have a bachelors degree, as well as previous human resources experience in a shared service or captive service center.
