You will bring deep knowledge of expense processing and approval practices. The ideal candidate will also have experience in implementing change within this space. Initially, you will dive in to learn Macquaries current expense process, drivers and stakeholders to become the subject matter expert on expenses within a cross-functional project team. As part of this team, you will assist in transforming the expense process, with the goal of increasing efficiency and accuracy of data capture and processing speed. At the conclusion of the project, you will be responsible for building and subsequently managing a team to administer the new process on an ongoing basis.
You are a self-starter and leader, with the ability to consider both the big picture and the details. You possess the capability to objectively review a process, identify its pain points and challenge the status quo to deliver solutions. Strong communication skills are critical in this role. Concur experience at a professional services organization or financial institution is preferred.
