Orion (ERP) Communications Lead
The Communications Lead will develop and implement strategic communications for the Orion (ERP) Program. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program is part of a Federal Reserve Systems initiative to transition to integrated, cloud technology platforms for Financial Management, Human Capital Management, and Procurement Technology activities across the System. Implementing Orion over the next three years will be a significant change to the way we do business in our Systems Financial Management, Human Resources, and Procurement functions, and will touchat varied levelsevery FRS employee.
This individual will develop and implement strategic communications plans across multiple communications channels with the goal of engaging and educating diverse stakeholders (including FRS employees), enhancing understanding of the Orion Program and supporting the program objectives. This individual will build strong relationships with the program executives, subject-matter experts, District Transition Coordinators (DTCs), key program stakeholders and the RB internal communications teams.
Responsibilities & Background:
·Supports the development and leads execution of the Programs communication plan to engage and support the successful transition of the Systems 20,000 employees
·Manages the Program brand, including development and management of communications (SharePoint website, messaging, comms tools, etc.) and related marketing across multiple platforms (including digital) and utilizing broad System resources
·Collaborates with the System Implementation Consultant to oversee the creation and execution of various communications for governance groups, stakeholders and users
·Supports development and execution of communication activities to program leadership, key stakeholders and other constituents (including FRS leaders and employees)
·Prepares and delivers presentations for workstream and project management related to communications and change management
·Has exemplary communications skillsincluding experience developing strategic communications plans for broad, diverse audiences; ability to translate and simplify complex information for broader/non-technical audiences; change management experience a plus
·Reports to the vice president, Communications and Change Management; partners with implementation consultant and other Program leadership (including DTC executive) to drive communications
·The successful candidate can be located at any FRB location; full time with occasional travel required.

·Strong organizational, planning and self-management skills; strategic thinking and independent decision-making
·Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with strong collaboration and consensus building skills
·Track record of driving for results in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables
·Applicant may be located at any Reserve Bank location; full time with occasional travel
This position is funded for two years with the potential for potential extension.
