BNY Mellons ETF business is looking for an ExecutiveAssistant who will independently provide advanced administrative support to theETF CEO. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to,calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, draftingcorrespondence, and meeting coordination. The incumbent will effectivelyprioritize the needs of the office, manage competing requests and negotiate prioritizationof administrative activities. Other responsibilities may include participationin ad-hoc special projects, screening calls and meeting requests. The incumbentwill also display the ability to appropriately interact with leaders inside andoutside the organization.
Effective collaboration and communication skills are required. Tact, diplomacy and confidentiality are essential skills. Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in lieu of some experience may be considered
