Work on client projects as part of the SSGA Institutional Client Engagement Team. The co-op will work closely with the team leader on client service requests, KYC requests, invoicing and client communications. . The role will also include data analysis as it relates to SSGA competitors and industry pricing pressures for the client team. Analyst will be encouraged to provide insights around process improvements. The role will also include ad-hoc client driven projects as determined by client and market needs.
Working on a diverse portfolio of projects, your responsibilities as a Client Analyst p will include:
Day to day client service requests, KYC requests and invoicing
Work on consultant driven projects with client team
Leading projects related to client communications and client support
Support CRM team in client data management
Provide market research on industry fee trends and competitive analysis
