Charles River Development seeks an exceptional Principal User Experience Designer to take a hands-on role conceiving and designing innovative solutions. Candidates must be able to think in terms of a holistic user experience, and to create innovative designs that fit well within the existing product framework. The role requires skills in user experience, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and an understanding of current UI technologies. The ideal candidate would also have experience in the FinTech space. As a Principal User Experience Designer at CRD, you will work side-by-side with 1-4 product teams in an Agile environment, partnering with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Tech Leads to define business problems and conceive of functional designs to address them. You will lead the detailed interaction design process, producing artifacts that efficiently and effectively communicate the design. You will work closely with Developers during implementation to explain and refine the design as needed. To be effective in this role, you will need to work onsite (at our Burlington office).
