A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

Responsible for identifying issues regardingmaintenance, repairs, utilities, registration and upkeep of managed propertiesincluding reviews of weekly and monthly property inspections.  Coordinator works with agent and vendors assuringon time completion of tasks. 

PrimaryAccountabilities

  • Oversee and handle aspects of property maintenance including review of weekly and monthly property inspection reports and taking action to address noted issue; handle Utilities, property maintenance and invoicing; and repair services from bids through completion.
  • Provide client account support including BPO and document order/review, invoice review, HOA, registration and claims.
  • Order, Maintain and update tasks through workflow management and ensure timely completion by assigned vendor 
  • Assist with ad-hoc requirements such as document sourcing for audits; updating system data; ordering and verifying updated winterizations, Handles incoming mail and monitor SAM escalation email box and other projects as needed.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required:
  • Proficient knowledge and skill with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • General real estate knowledge
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educationand Experience

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 1-3 years of fulltime work experience
  • 1-3 years of mortgage servicing, asset management, title or real estate or administrative experience preferred

LanguageAbility

Ability to read/comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence;effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization

MathematicalAbility

Ability to add and subtract twodigit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of Americanmoney and weight

measurement, volume, and distance.
