A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

Manager will oversee diversified portfolio ofreal estate properties and is primarily responsible for monitoring andcontrolling compliance to client business rules, service level agreements anddelegated authority matrices.  Managerwill conduct regular and frequent audits and quality control reviews of REOactivity across all processes at a portfolio level and asset level.

PrimaryAccountabilities

  • Perform financial analysis of assets includingvariance, valuation products review, reconciled market value, pricing strategiesand offers.

  • Analyze total portfolio performance againstinternal and client metrics identifying gaps, service lapses and areas ofrequired improvement. Make recommendations to area mangers to improveperformance.

  • Assess asset risk within the portfolio andmake recommendations to management to mitigate the risk at a portfolio andasset level.

  • Work closely with area managers in analyzingstrategy for disposition.

  • Set regular meetings (generally on a weekly orbi-weekly schedule) to review loan level findings with area managers

  • Publish monthly portfolio performance toservice level agreement and internal key performance indicators. Providenarratives on findings for under-performing areas.

  • Conduct market research to determine variousfactors impacting property and portfolio level performance.

  • Work with area managers on implementation ofbusiness plans including system work flows, updated procedures, reportingrequirements and performance metrics.

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned bymanagement.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required:
  • Strong knowledge of real estate with aparticular emphasis on risk and financial analysis, valuations, relationshipmanagement and Asset Management

  • Excellent project management, leadership andorganizational skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concisemanner

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attentionto detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills

  • Effective time management and organizationalskills

Preferred:
  • Consistent demonstration of high level ofaccuracy and thoroughness.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively.

  • Ability to work independently on defining andsolving complex problems

  • Ability to apply conceptual understanding tocarry out written or oral instructions.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving a fewconcrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Ability to review Title, Ordinances andproprietary sites to locate information/solutions.

Educationand Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-yearcollege or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of 5-years experience in real estatespecifically in REO Asset Management

Preferred:
  • Experience in REO Preservation, codecompliance and disposition preferred

  • Experience in working with government agenciesand homeowners associations preferred

TravelRequired

It is expected that this position may includetravel up to 10% of the time.  This issubject to change based on many factors, including business needs.

LanguageAbility

Ability to read/analyze/interpret businessperiodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov. regulations; writereports/business correspondence/procedure manuals; effectively presentinformation/respond to questions from managers/clients/customers/public.

MathematicalAbility

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and dividein all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals.  Ability to compute rate,ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
