Senior Project Manager
Scrum Master - The Infrastructure Services Project Manager works with division 22 service owners on assigned initiatives (internal to operations) or features (incl. stories) to ensure they are delivered within committed timeframes. On assigned efforts, the ISPM will work closely with the value stream overall Project Manager, Operations Program Manager, and internal division 22 service teams to outline and plan work, identify and report dependencies, status and risk(s). •Responsible for adherence to the Lean process as the team-level coach and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
•Responsible for removing impediments and blockers from the team and ALM upkeep to support metrics
•Facilitates team meetings such as daily standups, backlog grooming and inspect and adapt
•Protects the team from outside influences and unauthorized sources of intake (anything not ALM or Remedy)
•Provides status and escalates any issues or blockers that the team cannot resolve to the Program Managers
•Train and guide members working on lean processes to improve metrics such as Lead/Cycle time
•Help the team meet its goals and coordinate activities with other teams
•Ensure constant application of team agreements, procedures and policies
•Helps the team estimate stories to provide SLAs
