Applications Development Senior Manager, Conversion - Rutherford, NJ - VP/C13 (R2100179)
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Manager, VP for its Rutherford, New Jersey location.
Duties: Perform computer systems analysis for Information Technology (IT) activities for Citi's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) regulatory initiatives, including CCAR and IFRS regulatory and stress testing. Perform software development utilizing Object Oriented programming using Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (JEE) Technologies, Spring development framework, SQL, Relational Database technologies, Talend, Unix and Subversion. Perform software quality assurance and code reviews and involved in the full SDLC. Collaborate with risk managers to identify business needs to design and provide technology solutions such as J2EE platform components and application frameworks. Resolve technical issues, provide support to troubleshoot production issues, and research and evaluate new technologies. Provide architectural oversight across systems and applications, leveraging technical skills across teams and departments and communicate with stakeholders. Work with junior programmers to brainstorm and design solutions. Support quality assurance team during product test phase.
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, Project Manager, App Dev Lead, App Dev Sr Manager or related position involving Java, J2EE programming for the financial services industry.
5 years of experience must include: Object Oriented Programming using Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (JEE) Technologies; Spring development framework; SQL and Relational Database technologies; Software quality assurance and code reviews; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Talend, Unix and Subversion; CCAR regulatory and stress testing; and Serving in a client-facing role.
