Global Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assetsthroughout the world. This mission is executed through the implementation oftechnology, best-in-class talent, and client collaboration. As a part of Global Security, Global Crisis Management (GCM) is responsible for driving a consistent,all-hazards crisis management approach across the firm to assess, respond andrecover from a crisis. The Crisis Management Process is the firm's frameworkfor managing operations in response to a significant incident, event, oremergency that rises to the level of a crisis and threatens businesscontinuity.

Scope of role to include:
  • Drive consistencyin the Global Crisis Management space, inclusive of responsibility for thefirm's Global Crisis Management standard, process, and communications protocols
  • Managementof regulatory requests/notifications
  • Successfulmanagement of crisis level events requiring the ability to orchestrate a numberof parallel nested processes, harmonize vertical and horizontal communications,and facilitate the interplay among a number of partners across the firm
  • Providing governance, awareness and end to end training management for the Global Crisis Managementprogram
  • Working withkey business and support partners including Global Security regional crisismanagers, Global Intelligence, Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs), Firmwide Business Resiliency, Technology, Cyber Security, Global Real Estate, andAudit to ensure alignment
  • Providing governance, awareness and end to end training management for the Global Crisis Managementprogram

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of relevant experience, including Crisis Management program management experience
  • Exceptional project/program management experience
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic fluid situation, accustomed to crisis management surge work patterns and high level of availability
  • Experience with facilitation of crisis calls and training sessions
  • Experience in using metrics /MIS to drive operational performance within an organization
  • Experiencecollaborating cross line of business. Resiliency, Cyber, Technology, Intelligence, Risk, and Real Estatepartners engagement a plus
  • Strongleadership skills and relationship building and influencing skills
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills (communicate effectively at all levelsof the organization)
  • BA (orequivalent) degree required
