Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting position within a growing organization? Broadridge is hiring! Our Investment Managements Solutions team is seeking an FIX Implementation Analyst to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work with our stellar clients and support our implementations.

  • You will participate in any project work involving FIX connectivity to bring in new revenue through FIX client on-boarding
  • You'll be responsible for end to end delivery - technical requirements gathering, setup of FIX connectivity, co-ordination with various internal teams, testing and implementation
  • You will be replicating solutions across multiple clients, effectively documenting and communicating procedures, changes and trends
  • Accurately and timely reporting connections status internally and externally
  • Identifying areas for efficiency and process improvement, proposing solutions to streamline workflows within a given framework

  • 2-5 years of experience working with FIX protocol, Certifications of Desk/Algorithmic Trading Workflows
  • In-depth understanding of FIX protocol and XML
  • Multi Asset Class knowledge (Equities, Options, Futures, Swaps, Fixed Income, FX, Etc.)
  • OMS Experience in multi-asset class trading environments
  • Strong knowledge of the full trade life cycle
  • Good understanding of Networking, Software Development, Financial Markets
  • Excellent written, verbal, project management and client facing skills
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a high pressure environment
  • Previous experience working with enterprise level trading platforms and vendors
  • FIX certifications and testing with Brokers and Vendors

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Appia FIX engine
  • Scripting knowledge
