Responsibilities: list what the employee will be doing
The Innovation Facilitator in the Americas will focus on: • Consistency: make sure of a strong alignment with GBIS Innovation strategy and GBIS Digital principles, tools, process and relay locally the initiatives that are launched at a global level. Active participation and involvement in GBIS Innovation community • Community: Create and animate an Innovation community by facilitating collision of ideas and people • Communication: Advertise the Innovation priorities and market the Innovation ecosystem internally and externally involving the Communication department when required • Coaching: Help form teams around common Ideas, assist with Designing, Prototyping and Marketing business cases leveraging the UI/UX team, the Innovation Studio and design thinking firms when needed. • Events: Help coordinate Innovation events: Design Thinking workshops, Pitch Sessions, Hackathon, Women in Tech, hands-on workshops, off-site visits... • Meetings: Help organize, participate and produce minutes of Innovation meetings: Innovation Meetup, NextGen Innovation Fridays, ITEC Innovation meetings, OPER Innovation meetings... • Resources: help allocate resources such as Innovation Studio and Innovation budget • Tools: continuously work on improving GBIS Lab Innovation module • Market Intelligence: follow and share Innovation trends and topics via research, networking and conferences

Role: overview of business and desk description
The Digital Office role regarding Innovation is to facilitate the creation and operation of an Innovation ecosystem. Such ecosystem has 4 stages with prototyping at its core:
1. Ideation: Collect and communicate the AMER Innovation Priorities and Challenges. Facilitate the gathering and selection of Ideas and Solutions.
2. Experiment: Facilitate the creation of Teams around Ideas. Provide means to Prototype the strongest business cases.
3. Build: Organize pitch sessions to select which Prototypes should be funded and become Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that could be tested with few clients.
4. Industrialize: Connect with standard budget process to integrate successful MVP into Business & Support Units.
