PositionSummary/Purpose of Role:
BusinessBanking (BB) supports 2.4 million clients across the U.S. including 200,000 clients that are aligned with one of our dedicated Business RelationshipManagers. Business Banking serves theRetail banking clients with revenues up to $20 million. Business Banking partners with other JPMorganChase line of businesses to provide our customers with a wide suite of productssuch as Merchant Card processing (Commerce Solutions), Cash Management(Treasury), Credit Originations and Digital.
The BusinessBanking Product Development team is seeking an Associate of Product Developmentto join the group to support transformation across our deposits, savings, andmerchant services product lines. Therole will strongly focus on driving product simplification efforts and bundlinginitiatives as well as leading the program management office & governanceprocesses across a broad suite of solutions that improve the customerexperience and drive incremental shareholder value.

PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities:
Provide analysis to assess ourproduct offerings and advise on product gaps / areas of improvement
Develop product strategies, driveconsensus, and ensure execution surrounding our near-term product developmentroadmap
Tactically execute on plans toenable new product introductions, feature and pricing enhancements, andportfolio conversions
Manage the Program ManagementOffice to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Lead internal governance reviews toenable new product / feature releases
Prepare executive levelpresentations, communications, and reporting to provide updates on projectstatus
Monitor the external marketplaceand leverage internal customer facing touch points to understand the voice ofthe customer to ensure our initiatives address marketplace needs
5 years of experience in anycombination of product management, product development, program management,finance (decision support roles), corporate strategy, or management consultingin financial services Bachelor's degree required
Interest / experience in drivingchange across a large organization
Excellent communications andpresentation skills
Strong financial and businessacumen
An intellectual curiositysurrounding new technologies and the competitive environment
Can do attitude with a willingnessto pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done
Strong ability to multi-task andthrive in fast paced environments
