Our Returner program is an opportunity for you to re-integrate yourself into the workforce following an extended career break.
Commencing in February 2020, you will be joining us for 16 weeks, gaining valuable experience and insight into your chosen business area.
After an in-depth induction tailored for you, youll work closely with the team enabling you to work in roles and on projects that match your skills and experience.
We are currently taking applications across our business groups in our New York, Philadelphia, Jacksonville and Houston offices.
Applications for the 2020 Returner program will open from Thursday, October 3, 2019 through Sunday, October 20, 2019.

Be seeking to return to work following a career break of at least 2 years

The Corporate Operations Group brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Market Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, and the Macquarie Group Foundation. The Corporate Operations Groups purpose is to power the entrepreneurial enterprise.
Commodities and Global Markets (Houston & NYC)
Commodities and Global Markets provides clients with an integrated, end-to-end offering across global markets including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and commodities.
Financial Management Group (Jacksonville)
The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie. The group is focused on providing strategic analysis and advice to Macquarie's businesses and senior management, managing Macquarie's funding, liquidity and capital position, ensuring Macquarie continues to meet regulatory and compliance obligations and managing Macquarie's corporate communications and investor relations.
Macquarie Capital (Chicago, Houston, LA, NYC & San Francisco)
Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities.
Advisory activities are divided into industry groups, reflecting key areas of expertise. With staff in 37 offices across 22 locations, Macquarie Capital is a truly global business. Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (NYC)
Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets is a leader in alternative asset management worldwide, specialising in infrastructure, real estate, agriculture and energy via public and private funds, co-investments, partnerships and separately managed accounts. Investing regionally with expert local investment and asset management teams, its client base is primarily institutional investors, including global pension and superannuation funds, other institutions and governments. The division is recognised for its expertise over the investment lifecycle, with strong capabilities in investment sourcing, investment management and investor relationships.
Risk Management Group (NYC)
Risk Management Group is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Credit, Prudential, Capital and Markets, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Quantitative Applications and Internal Audit.
