The Team: The Global Program Management Office (GPMO) of S&P Global aligns our strategy, people, and way of working to ensure we deliver the utmost value to clients frequently. The Impact: Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career as an enterprise contributor? The GPMO is looking for an innovative and collaborative team member who will contribute to the enablement of a new and rapidly growing technology and data function within S&P Global. In this role you will work with a team of Agile professionals to standup a new project framework and Program Management Office for future oversight and management of the function's project portfolio.

What's in it for you: As a Sr Program Manager in the DTI PMO you will help manage the end to end Agile project framework and collaborate with our business and technology leadership teams to align our project portfolio to our strategy and our people to our project. You will help to reveal the value of our initiatives which will enable prioritization, execution and client value.

Responsibilities: In the day-to-day, you will be a hub of stakeholder management across product management, data and engineering. You'll drive the effort of helping our leaders and teams determine which initiatives will deliver most value for our company and to leverage our teams and people to deliver on those initiatives. You'll work with business and technology teams and stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of our goals, timelines and obstacles, while championing best practices and improving our methods. Some of your areas of ownership will include:

• Facilitation and management of key business processes for prioritization, resourcing and project tracking
• Oversight and coaching of the Agile Scrum project methodology and continuous improvement efforts
• Establish partnerships with finance to understand and forecast investments and analyze our project portfolio
• Analyze project data and build presentations to introduce new ideas and processes to senior management and executive members

What we're looking for:

• 5-10 years of related work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Practical Agile Scrum experience
• Financial management capabilities
• Demonstrated Project or Program management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and operate on cross-functional teams in an environment of contending interests and limited resources
