The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of information related to resident and client billing.
• Receipting and allocation of customer payments
• Prepare and reconcile resident and client refunds for processing.
• Issue statements and any additional information required by residents and clients in a timely manner.
• Carry out end of month banking tasks and manage the disbursement of resident allowances.
• Assisting with client queries over the phone and payment collection
• Establish and develop effective relationships with internal and external team members.

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a healthcare or aged care Accounts Receivable role
• Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
