DWS is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations / Power Platform Developer to join a major enterprise technology team delivering and supporting critical business applications. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform solutions, delivering integrations, reports, workflows and application improvements that enable effective business outcomes across the organisation.

Please note: Previous experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential for this role.

Working within a collaborative enterprise environment, you will contribute across the full application lifecycle, including development, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure and reliable solutions.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Significant experience developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within enterprise environments.
• Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), including configuration, customisation, integration, security, data management and application support.
• Strong hands-on experience developing Power Apps solutions, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting capabilities.
• Experience customising and enhancing Dynamics 365 applications to meet business and platform requirements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering application support, troubleshooting, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using Azure services including APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and/or Service Bus.
• Strong development experience across C#, .NET and related web technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management practices.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices.
• Experience working with enterprise business platforms such as Finance, HR, SharePoint or related corporate systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Australian working rights and availability to work in a Melbourne-based hybrid environment.
