Join our Workforce and Payroll Solutions team in Melbourne and bring your Dayforce expertise to complex transformation work that helps clients modernise the way they manage their workforce.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll work across Dayforce workforce management design, configuration and testing, helping clients translate business needs into practical functional solutions. That could mean leading design discussions, reviewing solution options across the broader landscape, or presenting recommendations at key stages of a project.

Working closely with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams, you'll help resolve functional design challenges and guide decisions that improve outcomes across the program. Your expertise will support clients through the full project lifecycle, from early design through go-live and beyond.

No two engagements will feel quite the same. Alongside delivery work, you'll contribute to the growth of Deloitte's Dayforce capability, collaborating with colleagues who bring deep workforce, payroll and transformation experience and helping shape how the practice evolves.

About the team

Deloitte's Workforce and Payroll Solutions team helps organisations solve complex workforce challenges by combining process and industry insight with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged platforms. As part of our growing Dayforce practice, you'll work on transformation programs that connect workforce management capability with broader business outcomes, while helping build the future of this offering within Deloitte.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Experience delivering Dayforce functional solutions, ideally across workforce management capability
• Strong understanding of Dayforce functional design and how platform capability can meet client business needs
• Confidence leading workshops, design discussions and solution reviews with stakeholders at different levels
• Experience supporting configuration, testing and issue resolution across project delivery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain functional concepts clearly and practically
• A collaborative approach and sound stakeholder management skills across client and delivery teams
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in continuing to deepen your Dayforce expertise
• Experience across broader HR, workforce or payroll transformation programs would be helpful
