The Senior Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, process documentation and stakeholder engagement activities across a complex financial crime transformation program.
This role requires an experienced BA who can work confidently across business and technology teams, supporting delivery of critical transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
- Documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
- Supporting process mapping, documentation and business analysis activities.
- Working closely with business SMEs, technology teams and delivery stakeholders.
- Supporting financial crime transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex transformation programs.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining business, functional and technical requirements.
- Previous experience within financial services, banking or regulated environments.
- Financial crime, AML, KYC or customer due diligence experience highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
