Systems Trainer | Federal Government Transformation

We're looking for an experienced Systems Trainer to join a high-profile Federal Government transformation program and play a key role in supporting the adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Working within the Change Management team, you'll partner with business and program stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging, fit-for-purpose training that builds capability and supports successful change.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing training strategies aligned to the broader change approach
• Creating engaging training materials and learning solutions
• Supporting training needs analysis across current and future states
• Coordinating and delivering training sessions, both virtually and in person
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive adoption
• Managing training schedules and providing reporting on uptake and outcomes

About you:

• Proven experience delivering systems training within complex transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption
• Comfortable working across both strategy and hands-on delivery
• Active Baseline security clearance required prior to commencement
