Job Description
The Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Associates and Managers to join our team who can:
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to design and development high quality client deliverables and deliver quality outcomes for clients.
- Apply critical thinking and ask questions to help understand client challenges and contribute clear, practical insights to work towards solutions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including supporting client interviews and workshops, document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to a positive client experience by building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Invest in your own development by building and expanding your skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
About You

Technically, you will bring to the position demonstrated experience in working on transformation programs, delivering one or more of the following services:
- Digital advisory, including strategy and architecture.
- Salesforce advisory and implementation.
- Operational excellence, including business analysis, process modelling, operating model and service design and experience.
- Strategic planning and business case development.
- Change readiness, planning and adoption.
- Project, program and portfolio management and PMO services.
Previous consulting experience is desirable but not required; however, you will demonstrate general consulting skills, including:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated proficiency or experience in undertaking quantitative and/or qualitative analytics.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality and impactful deliverables and outcomes in agreed timeframes.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and resilient in a fast-moving environment with a proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying informed and abreast of key trends, risks, developments and innovations that may impact our clients, our services or our ways of working.
