Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Perth office, working closely with Partner Jonathan Wyatt .
This is an opportunity to take on a key role within a well-established and highly regarded practice, advising leading insurer, corporate and government clients on complex insurance and commercial disputes.
About the Role
The practice has a strong focus on construction professional indemnity and first-party property matters, including disputes involving construction defects, property damage, indemnity and coverage issues, and business interruption claims.
In addition, you'll work across a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes, including financial lines matters, casualty and product liability claims, regulatory investigations, and marine and transport-related disputes.

- Lead complex litigated matters across State and Federal jurisdictions
- Advise clients on liability, indemnity and coverage issues
- Develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies
- Act as a trusted adviser to leading insurer, corporate and government clients
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued success of the practice
