What You'll Do:

1. Build, manage, and maintain sophisticated validator infrastructure and supporting tooling.
2. Operate validators, light clients, RPC nodes, and other on-chain infrastructure.
3. Solve challenging problems involving consensus algorithms, distributed systems, cryptography, and blockchain technology.
4. Develop robust monitoring and alerting using tools such as Prometheus and Alertmanager.
5. Strengthen infrastructure security through key management, server hardening, intrusion detection, and security best practices.
6. Work across cloud and bare-metal environments to maintain highly available global infrastructure.
7. Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and contribute to external technical partnerships and community knowledge sharing.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, building, and maintaining complex production systems.
2. Managing proof-of-stake infrastructure, preferably across Solana or Ethereum ecosystems.
3. Automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Kubernetes, and scripting.
4. Troubleshooting networking, Linux, distributed systems, and infrastructure issues.
5. Supporting high-availability operations across globally distributed environments.
6. Collaborating with engineers and external partners to deliver technology that creates measurable business impact.
