We are currently recruiting for a global professional services organisation with operations across multiple international markets. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join their Sydney team on a permanent basis.
The Role
- Manage the full end-to-end payroll function across ANZ
- Take ownership of accurate, consistent and compliant payroll processing across ANZ
- Reconcile payroll reports and work closely with Finance to ensure accurate payroll accounting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with local taxation, superannuation and employment legislation
- Manage payroll records and respond to employee payroll queries
- Maintain accurate employee records and data across HR systems
- Support employee queries relating to payroll, leave, benefits and People policies
- Assist with HR reporting, dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll in a manual environment
- Experience with ADP Celergo is beneficial
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, superannuation and employment legislation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different jurisdictions
