A leading organisation is undertaking a major Transformation program to modernise critical systems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery to the community. This is a high-profile initiative with significant investment and executive visibility, focused on driving meaningful business and technology change.
Your new role
As an experienced IT Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives. You will operate across both strategic and delivery levels, shaping business cases and influencing senior stakeholders while driving execution across multiple work streams, vendors, and integrated platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation within banking, insurance, or enterprise commercial environments
- Strong experience in systems implementation, upgrades and integration-heavy environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering both business and technology initiatives
- Vendor management experience
- Must have - Proven experience delivering business case development and request for proposals through to business acceptance and handover.
- An initial 12-month engagement with potential for extension
- Opportunity to work on a high-impact transformation program
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making
