Overview:

The Sr. Operations Enablement and Optimization Manager is a crucial support role responsible for assisting the Snr Operations Director in overseeing and coordinating regional operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This individual will help ensure that all business activities align with the company's strategic goals and are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, a deep understanding of the APAC market, and strong organizational and communication skills.

The Sr. Operations Enablement and Optimization Manager will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The role may involve some travel within the APAC region to oversee operations and engage with stakeholders. The individual must be comfortable working in a multicultural setting and supporting remote teams.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities and objectives

• Operational Support: Assist in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations within the APAC region, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Strategic Assistance: Help develop and implement operational strategies and processes that align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities in the APAC region.
• Performance Monitoring: Support the Snr Operations Director in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Team Coordination: Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing regional operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Budget Assistance: Aid in developing and managing and monitoring the regional operations budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial stewardship.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Help build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks, implementing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Project Support: Support the Snr Operations Director in leading and overseeing regional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams across the Commerce and Incentives business to ensure alignment and integration of operational strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Representation: Demonstrated ability to represent and contribute to key external and internal strategies and planning meetings, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or similar overlapping business function, with significant experience in the APAC region.
• Support Skills: Proven experience in supporting senior management and the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices within the APAC region.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully supporting and executing complex projects.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with BHN systems, as well as other operational tools and technologies.
