Deine zukünftige Rolle.
- Du prüfst und kontrollierst Kostenvoranschläge von technischen Leistungen (Service/Wartung, Reifen)
- Du bearbeitest Pannenfälle im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance Partner*innen und stellst die Mobilität unserer Kund*innen sicher
- Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung
- Du bist unsere interne Anlaufstelle zu Fragen rund um den Bereich Wartung und Reifen
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Kenntnisse in der KFZ-Branche von Vorteil)
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen gesammelt
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil)
- Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (speziell MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert , lösungsorientiert & bist ein Teamplayer
