What You'll Do

As the Business Development Director, you will:

• Lead Strategy Development: Define and implement the IO business development strategy, aligned with the broader European and global objectives.
• Drive Growth: Own the delivery of ambitious sales targets, ensuring the successful execution of business plans and securing impactful contract wins.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong networks with key stakeholders, customers, and partners, shaping opportunities and enhancing credibility in the IO sector.
• Foster Innovation: Identify and develop innovative products and services to meet evolving market needs, positioning our client as a preferred partner.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure bids are financially sound, ethically aligned, and structured for long-term success.
