You will join an international software company that develops a configurable platform for AI governance and model risk management. Together with colleagues in product, engineering, sales and customer success, you will turn market developments, regulatory changes and customer feedback into useful product improvements. You will have room to learn, take on increasing responsibility and contribute to the further development of the platform.

Your Tasks
• Help build and maintain the product roadmap using market, customer and regulatory insights.
• Contribute to the product vision and connect new features to longer-term goals.
• Assess feature requests and help balance customer value, scalability and technical feasibility.
• Explore user and prospect needs to validate ideas before development starts.
• Translate customer needs into clear functional concepts, business rules and success measures.
• Collaborate with functional analysis, UX and engineering to prepare features for implementation.
• Share product updates and support internal teams with go-to-market activities.

Your skills
• You have experience in product management, business analysis, functional analysis or a related role and want to grow further in product ownership.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
• You are familiar with agile product development and interested in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard or GitHub.
• Knowledge of financial institutions, model risk management, risk frameworks or regulatory compliance is a welcome advantage, not a requirement.
• You enjoy bringing structure to information and working through problems in a practical way.
• You communicate clearly and feel comfortable connecting business, client and technical perspectives.
• You are keen to take ownership, learn from colleagues and gradually take on broader product responsibilities.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
