Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making systems.
Research and explore advanced model architectures and algorithms to continuously improve model performance and scalability.
Conduct in-depth studies of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning, and apply or innovate algorithms based on project requirements.
Design and execute experiments to validate the effectiveness of models and algorithms, using appropriate evaluation metrics to drive optimization.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning by regularly reviewing academic literature and evaluating emerging technologies for business applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university. Master's degree or PhD preferred.
Strong proficiency in mainstream machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Excellent programming skills in Python, with solid software engineering fundamentals and coding best practices.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, including linear regression, neural networks, and related concepts.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and passion for cutting-edge AI technologies.
