Strategy Manager
Responsibilities: Play as a business partner by providing business insight in every aspect of Marketing and Operations:
• Participant in strategic project by extracting new insights from various data sources with sophisticated statistical model and machine learning solution.
• Design and implement innovative, data-driven business models that bring critical insights to wide scale of different problems such as customers segmentation, market benchmarking, product portfolio design, campaign optimization, sales forecasting and competitive pricing analysis.
• Translate business objectives into statistical and machine learning solutions and, translate results into strategy and insights via data analytics, visualization & dashboard.
• Works with cross-functional teams to implement strategic project such as menu engineering, etc.
• Provide financial support to various new daypart projects.

Bachelor degree or above, with major in mathematics, statistics, economics or computer science is a plus.
• Proven practical experience in statistical modelling, machine learning for regression models, decision trees, predictive modeling, churn analysis, time series forecasting, etc.
• Proficiency with data wrangling, visualization and modeling in either R or Python is required.
• More than 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, background in consulting, retail, e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and logic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to illustrate ideas and influence others.
• Sophisticated Powerpoint skill is required
