What the job involves
- Involvement across all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio management
- Ownership of specific workstreams and responsibility for running elements of transactions
- Active engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition
- Exposure to private equity transactions, likely gained in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or similar
- Strong commercial judgement, entrepreneurial mindset and technical capability
- International experience and strong academic background advantageous
- Nordic language skills and ties to the region preferred
