The Role:
• Lead and coordinate engineering activities across major construction projects from planning through to completion
• Manage project programming, methodologies, technical documentation and procurement support
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, design management and site engineering teams
• Work closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while driving quality, compliance and construction outcomes
• Support project reporting, forecasting and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and develop Site Engineers and Project Engineers within the project team

About You:
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Engineer delivering large-scale construction projects with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, design management and engineering processes
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships across complex projects
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and technical project requirements from inception through to completion
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and drive project outcomes under tight deadlines
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement on major construction projects
