Aufgaben

Technische Integration zwischen SAP HCM und Oracle HCM Cloud
Analyse und Umsetzung von HR-Datenflüssen
Unterstützung komplexer Integrationsszenarien
Entwicklung und Anpassung von BAdIs, User Exits, IDocs, RFCs, Web Services
Implementierung und Betreuung von Integrationen über: HCM Data Loader (HDL),HSDL, REST, APIs, SOAP Services
Arbeit mit SAP HCM Infotypen und HR-Datenmodellen
Verständnis und Abstimmung der Stammdatenstrukturen in SAP und Oracle
Unterstützung bei Architektur- und Designentscheidungen Kommunikation
Dokumentation und Abstimmung in englischer Sprache
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Projektteams

Profil

Profunde Erfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft), SAP HCM Infotypen und Datenmodellen, ABAP Entwicklung
Erfahrung mit Oracle HCM Cloud, HDL / HSDL, REST-/SOAP-Integrationen
HR-Systemintegrationen
Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch fließend, Deutsch von Vorteil
