- Einbinden von Windows Endgeräten (Thin Clients, Fat Clients, Mobile Devices) in Workspace ONE UEM (on-premise)
- Lösungsdesign, Konzeption
- Konfigurationsprofile erstellen, Sicherheitseinstellungen vornehmen
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Planung und Durchführung von Tests im Client-Umfeld
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen
- Messpunkte und Meilensteine definieren, Maßnahmenplanung, Aufwandschätzung
- Projektkoordination durch proaktive Kommunikation, Projektschnittstelle zur Entwicklungsabteilung
Profil
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Workspace One UEM, insbesondere im Einbinden von Windows-Endgeräten
- Erfahrung mit Mehrmandantenfähigkeit
- Profunde Erfahrung innerhalb Infrastruktur und Architekturprojekten
- Expertise im Lösungsdesign
- Erfahrung in der Client-Administration im Windows-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Projektmanagement-Skills, Kenntnisse in den gängigen Projektmanagement-Frameworks
- Sehr gutes Methodenwissen, Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
- Kenntnisse in Citrix von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung im Enterprise-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse im Konfigurationsmanagement
