Aufgaben
- Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der MDM-Infrastruktur
- Windows: Microsoft ECM Infrastruktur
- IOS: IVANTI MobilIron (IVANTI) Infrastruktur
- Planung, Erstellung und fortwährende Pflege von Softwarepaketen sowie deren Bereitstellung / automatisierte Verteilung
- Steuerung von Patch- und Update-Management für Clients, Server und Smartphones
- Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebssystem-Deployments und Bereitstellung automatisierter Installationsprozesse
- Überwachung der MDM-Umgebungen
- Behebung von Störungen in Bezug auf das Betriebssystem-/ Softwaredeployment
- Erstellung von Reports, Abfragen und Auswertungen zur System- und Softwareverteilung
- Dokumentation der Systemarchitektur, Konfigurationen und Betriebsprozesse sowie Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Bereichen
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder Informatikkaufmann (mit technischer Ausrichtung)
- Alternativ: Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Client- und Endpoint-Management
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MECM/SCCM, Intune und Ivanti MobileIron
- Erfahrung mit Softwarepaketierung, OSD und Patchmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory und Entra ID
- Erfahrung mit Reporting, Dokumentation und Betriebsprozessen
