Aufgaben

Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company's information security framework, standards, and governance processes
Support enterprise-wide risk assessments by identifying potential cyber threats, evaluating vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies
Assess, select, and deploy modern security solutions to strengthen the protection of business-critical systems, networks, and data
Plan and coordinate technical reviews, security audits, and resilience assessments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce exposure to risk
Increase security awareness across the organization through training initiatives, workshops, and the promotion of secure working practices
Work closely with IT teams, management, and business stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are embedded into daily operations and strategic projects

Profil

Experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT operations, or a related field
University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT Management, or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
Practical expertise in areas such as security operations, network infrastructure, vulnerability management, or cyber incident handling
Professional certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, GIAC) are considered beneficial
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience designing and delivering training programs covering regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity topics
Excellent English skills and good working knowledge of German
