- Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Finance & Controlling, HR und IT
- Sicherstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB) inklusive Konsolidierung
- Steuerung von Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting sowie Liquiditäts- und Cashflow-Management
- Verantwortung für das Beteiligungscontrolling der internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
- Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche HR und IT mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Digitalisierung und Wachstum
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Teams und Führungskräfte
