- Sicherstellung konsistenter HR-Stammdatenstrukturen
- Technische Steuerung und Umsetzung der Integrationsarchitektur Oracle HCM Cloud to SAP HCM Expert
Profil
- Fundierte Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld (PA, OM, Payroll, Time)
- Fundierte Erfahrung in ABAP Entwicklung und Systemintegration
- Erfahrung mit Oracle HCM Cloud Integrationen (HDL, APIs)
- Erfahrung als Technical Architect oder Senior Developer
- Tiefes Verständnis von HR-Datenmodellen
- Fließendes Englisch, Deutsch von Vorteil
