This role requires a highly proactive individual who can work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to identify data sources, define solution requirements, and drive end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic AI transformation project from planning through implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, technology teams, and vendors to define project scope, requirements, and delivery roadmap.
- Drive project governance, planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align business and technology teams.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues, risks, and blockers.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise technology, security, and governance standards.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, change management, and business readiness activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within technology or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or data-driven technology projects.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with technology architects, data teams, and vendor partners.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
